Request - Help in converting Seeker-class

Well, after two days of trying, I have had zero luck with converting the model of Ebolii's Seeker-class mesh completely from max to something worthy of render in Lightwave, thus I'm going to ask for some help in getting it converted. The mesh itself can easily be converted to LWO, the problem is getting the textures in place.

Any help would be appreciated ^-^;

Alright then, I suppose a little more on the direct approach is required.

Here's the mesh in question, the major problem centres are the nacelles. Basically I would assume that the texture map screwed up in the conversion from max to obj. Is there anyone whom can help me texture this puppy properly?
